Phlebotomist - Float

Role: Float Phlebotomist at Labcorp, responsible for performing blood draws, specimen collection, and processing across multiple locations, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include data entry, specimen preparation, administrative tasks, and travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification or at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service. Preferred: Prior Labcorp experience, 1+ years of phlebotomy. High-value: Flexibility in work hours (including occasional overtime and alternate Saturdays), working with diverse patient populations, and contributing to a team environment. Setup: On-site positions with travel between sites; hourly pay range $17.75–$26.00; potential for performance-based bonuses and incentives. Additional standards include passing a color blindness test and demonstrating strong communication skills.
