Phlebotomist Float

Role: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Float Phlebotomist supporting multiple sites in Omaha, NE, performing blood draws and specimen collection for diagnostic testing. Objectives: ensure accurate specimen collection, data entry, and customer service; facilitate specimen processing and logistics; support administrative tasks; occasional travel to additional sites. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections across all ages; handle specimens for drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests; maintain logs; ensure specimen prep quality; provide exceptional patient service; process billing and payments; travel as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years phlebotomy experience preferred; Phlebotomy certification or accredited training; valid driver’s license and clean driving record; strong communication skills; reliable transportation; ability to work independently or in teams; pass color blindness test; flexible schedule including overtime. Preferred: bilingual in English and Spanish; prior Labcorp experience.
