Phlebotomist Float

Role: Float Phlebotomist supporting Labcorp's laboratory services across multiple Wisconsin locations, with a focus on blood collection, specimen processing, and data entry. Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen preparation, billing, maintaining logs, and delivering excellent patient service. The role involves travel to different sites, providing variety and experience across patient demographics and test types. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience or certified training from an accredited agency; strong customer service, communication, and independence skills; valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to pass color blindness test and work flexible hours. Preferred: phlebotomy certification or completed training; prior experience.
