Role: Phlebotomist Float responsible for blood collection and specimen processing across multiple sites within Essex County, NJ. Objectives include delivering high-quality patient care, accurate data entry, specimen preparation, and ensuring smooth operations across diverse clinical settings. Responsibilities encompass performing venipuncture, handling specimens for various tests, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service, with flexibility to travel as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience or accredited certification, strong communication skills, and a clean driving record. Preferred qualifications involve at least 2 years' experience and proven customer service excellence.
