Phlebotomist Float

Role: Phlebotomist Float responsible for blood collection and specimen processing across multiple sites in Dallas, TX, including McKinney, Plano, and Coppell. Objectives: provide high-quality blood draw services, ensure specimen integrity, and deliver excellent patient care. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections, process specimens, manage patient data, and handle administrative tasks including billing and logging. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; valid driver's license and clean record; strong communication skills; ability to work independently and flexibly with travel. Preferred: prior Labcorp experience, proven customer service skills, and ability to pass color blindness test.
