Phlebotomist- Float

Role: Phlebotomist Float responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and data entry across multiple sites. Objectives include delivering high-quality patient specimen collection services and supporting laboratory operations with flexibility. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections, process specimens, maintain logs, and provide excellent customer service. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; 1+ year of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong communication skills; ability to work independently; pass color blindness test; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
