Role: Phlebotomist Float responsible for blood collection and specimen processing across multiple sites in Clifton, NJ. Objectives: deliver high-quality patient care, ensure specimen integrity, and support laboratory operations. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for diverse age groups, handle specimen processing, data entry, billing, and administrative tasks; travel between locations as needed; provide excellent customer service. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of phlebotomy experience or accredited certification; strong communication skills; ability to work independently; pass color blindness screen; valid driver’s license. Preferred: 2+ years of experience; proven customer service record.
