Role: Float Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing across multiple sites in Chevy Chase, MD, supporting diagnostic testing services. Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen handling, data entry, billing, and providing excellent patient service, with administrative duties as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; certification or 3+ months experience in phlebotomy; valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a color blindness test. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility for overtime and travel to additional sites.
