Phlebotomist Float

Role: Float Phlebotomist at Labcorp, providing blood collection and specimen processing across multiple sites in Chevy Chase, MD. Objectives: perform venipuncture, ensure accurate data entry, maintain specimen logs, and deliver high-quality patient service. Responsibilities: collect various specimens (blood, drug screens, alcohol tests), process samples for testing, handle billing/patient info, and perform administrative duties as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, certification or training in phlebotomy, or 3+ months experience; proven customer service skills; ability to work independently and flexibly; pass a color blindness test; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and at least 21 years old.
