Phlebotomist Float

Role: Phlebotomist Float at Labcorp, performing blood collections and specimen processing across multiple sites, including Orange and LA Counties. Responsibilities: conduct venipuncture and capillary draws for diverse patient populations, handle specimen prep, data entry, billing, and provide high-quality customer service; travel to various locations as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, California CPT license, minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience, and ability to work variable hours including some weekends. Preferred: 2+ years' experience, prior LabCorp employment, bilingual in English/Spanish, experience with geriatrics and pediatrics, and reliable transportation. Qualifications: proven customer service skills, ability to work independently in high-volume settings, pass a color blindness test, and at least 21 years old.
