Phlebotomist Float

Role: Phlebotomist Float responsible for blood collection and specimen processing across multiple sites in Greensboro, NC. Objectives: deliver high-quality patient blood collection services, ensure specimen integrity, and support operational needs through administrative tasks and specimen handling. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for diverse age groups, process specimens and data entry, maintain logs, provide excellent customer service, and travel to various locations as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong communication skills; customer service orientation; ability to work independently and flexibly; pass color blindness test; valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include proven experience and a track record of service excellence.
