Phlebotomist Float

Role: Float Phlebotomist providing blood collection services across multiple sites in Arizona, including Sierra Vista, Casa Grande, Green Valley, Oro Valley, and Tucson. Objectives: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, process specimens, ensure accurate data entry, and deliver high-quality patient service. Responsibilities: collect various specimen types (drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests), maintain specimen logs, assist with billing and administrative duties, and travel between locations as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred certification or 2+ years of phlebotomy experience from an accredited program; valid driver's license and reliable transportation; pass color blindness test; be at least 21 years old. Additional standards include strong customer service, ability to work in fast-paced environments, effective communication skills, and flexibility to work overtime. WorkSetup: primarily onsite with travel; schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm, with additional days/hours including weekends as needed.
