Phlebotomist - Float

Role: Float Phlebotomist at Labcorp, providing blood collection services across multiple sites to gain diverse clinical experience. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for all ages, process specimens, ensure accurate data entry, maintain logs, and deliver exceptional patient service while handling administrative tasks. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification or 6+ months experience; preferred: 1+ years experience, prior Labcorp work. High-Value: clinical blood collection, specimen processing, patient interaction, service-oriented. WorkSetup: flexible schedule Mon-Fri (6:00 am - 8:00 pm), rotating Saturdays, travel between sites; incentives include additional hourly pay and mileage reimbursement.
