Phlebotomist Float

Role: Float Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection across multiple sites in North Atlanta and North Georgia, ensuring specimen integrity and providing excellent patient service. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for all age groups, process specimens, handle data entry and billing, and support administrative tasks; travel between locations as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training; minimum 2 years of experience with a preference for 5+ years. Skills: strong communication, customer service orientation, ability to work independently or in teams, and pass color blindness screening. WorkSetup: field-based role with travel; schedule Monday–Friday with variable hours between 6:00am-6:00pm and rotating Saturdays.
