Role: Plasma collection technician responsible for performing pheresis procedures, donor monitoring, and ensuring product quality and donor safety. Responsibilities: conduct venipuncture, monitor and troubleshoot equipment, record donor data, educate donors, and maintain safety and compliance with SOPs, FDA guidelines, HSE, and OSHA policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 6 months' experience as a phlebotomist or in a healthcare environment; internal CSL employees must complete CSL Plasma DST training. Preferred: additional experience in medical or healthcare settings.
