Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection, patient data entry, and specimen processing in clinical diagnostics. Objectives include providing high-quality blood collection services and ensuring accurate specimen handling. Responsibilities encompass venipuncture and capillary blood draws, specimen preparation, data logging, billing, and delivering excellent customer service, with flexibility for additional site travel. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, valid California Phlebotomy License or application in process; strong communication skills; ability to work independently or in teams; flexibility for overtime and training. Preferred: 1+ months phlebotomy experience, prior Labcorp exposure. High-Value: diagnostic specimen collection, patient interaction, California licensure, potential for overtime, and travel.
