Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and providing exceptional patient service in clinical or laboratory settings. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across age groups, collect various specimens, accurately enter patient data, prepare samples for testing, and handle administrative duties including billing and specimen logs; may travel to multiple sites. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, certification or training in phlebotomy from an accredited agency or 3+ months experience; strong customer service and communication skills; reliable transportation; ability to work independently and pass a color blindness test.
