Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and providing exceptional patient service in a clinical laboratory setting. Objectives include accurate specimen collection, data entry, and specimen preparation for testing. Responsibilities encompass venipuncture, specimen handling for various tests (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), administrative duties, and travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, with certification or training in phlebotomy, or ≥3 months of experience; preferred 1+ years of experience. Skills include strong communication, customer service, ability to work independently or in teams, and reliability.
