Phlebotomist

Role: Plasma collection technician responsible for donor plasma collection via venipuncture and pheresis procedures, ensuring donor safety, product quality, and process efficiency. Responsibilities: perform pheresis and venipuncture in compliance with SOPs and FDA guidelines, monitor and troubleshoot equipment, record donor data accurately, educate donors, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 12 months experience in a healthcare or medical setting preferred; for CA centers, must be a Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or a Registered Nurse.
