Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and patient service in a clinical laboratory setting. Objectives include providing accurate specimen collection across age groups, ensuring proper specimen handling, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities encompass performing venipuncture, data entry, specimen preparation, and administrative tasks, with potential travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, certification or training in phlebotomy, or 6+ months of relevant experience; strong communication and customer service skills; reliable transportation. Preferred: prior Labcorp experience, 1+ year of phlebotomy experience.
