Phlebotomist

Role: Plasmapheresis Technician responsible for donor plasma collection through venipuncture and pheresis procedures, ensuring donor safety, product quality, and process efficiency. Responsibilities: perform donor setup, monitor and adjust the pheresis process, troubleshoot equipment, record data accurately, and educate donors about the donation process; respond to adverse reactions; maintain a safe and compliant work environment; may assist with testing and cross-train in other areas. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 12 months healthcare or medical environment experience preferred; specific certifications (e.g., Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or RN in CA) may be required based on location.
