Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and customer service in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include venipuncture for all age groups, specimen handling for various tests, data entry, billing, and specimen preparation, with additional administrative duties and site travel as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred 1+ years of clinical/phlebotomy experience across patient demographics; certification or accredited training if less experience. High-Value: primarily focused on specimen collection and patient interaction; potential performance-based quarterly bonuses; work in a patient service center environment. WorkSetup: onsite in McKinney, TX; schedule Monday-Friday with potential for overtime and travel.
