Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services across diverse patient populations, supporting diagnostic testing and specimen processing. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, collect specimens for various tests, accurately enter patient data, prepare samples for analysis, maintain logs, and deliver excellent customer service; may include administrative tasks and site travel. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred certification or 3+ months experience as a Phlebotomist, from an accredited program; ability to pass color blindness test; strong communication skills; customer service orientation; capable of working independently or in teams, with flexibility for overtime.
