Phlebotomist

Role: Plasma Collection Technician responsible for donor plasma collection via venipuncture and pheresis, ensuring process efficiency, donor safety, and compliance with SOPs, FDA, HSE, and OSHA guidelines. Responsibilities: perform and monitor pheresis procedures, evaluate vein performance, educate donors, troubleshoot equipment, record donor data accurately, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. May assist with donor reactions and perform sample collection. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred 12+ months experience in healthcare or medical setting. For California centers, certification as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or current RN licensure required.
