Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection and processing in outpatient laboratory settings. Objectives: provide accurate blood draws, ensure specimen integrity, deliver excellent patient service. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture/capillary collections across all ages, manage specimen documentation, handle billing and administrative tasks, and support sample preparation for testing. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; 1+ year of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong customer service skills; effective communication; ability to work independently and reliably commute. Preferred: 2+ years in outpatient labs.
