Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services at Labcorp's Chandler, AZ location. Objectives: ensure accurate specimen collection, data entry, and customer service while supporting laboratory testing processes. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, handle specimen prep, document patient info, and manage administrative tasks; may travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred certification or 1+ year experience as a phlebotomist; ability to pass color blindness test; strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
