Phlebotomist

Role: Plasma donor technician responsible for performing pheresis procedures, including donor set-up, monitoring, venipuncture, and sample collection, ensuring compliance with SOPs and FDA guidelines. Responsibilities: maintain donor safety and product quality, troubleshoot equipment, record incidents and donor data accurately, educate donors, and ensure a safe, efficient environment. Experience: minimum 6 months as a phlebotomist or 12 months in healthcare; high school diploma required. Preferred: prior CSL Plasma DST training or relevant healthcare experience. High-Value: biological plasma collection, donor safety, equipment troubleshooting, compliance with FDA and OSHA standards, and working in a fast-paced, hazardous environment. Work Setup: physical presence at collection centers, with potential overtime and extended hours; bilingual skills may be required.
