Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and providing customer service at Labcorp's San Clemente, CA location. Objectives: ensure accurate sample collection for diagnostic testing and maintain high-quality patient interactions. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, process specimens, enter patient data, handle billing, and support administrative tasks; may travel to additional sites. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, valid California Phlebotomy License, strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and flexibly. Preferred: 1+ months of phlebotomy experience, prior Labcorp work experience, ability to pass a color blindness test.
