Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and ensuring accurate patient data entry in a clinical or diagnostic setting. Responsibilities include performing venipuncture and capillary draws across all age groups, collecting specimens for various tests, maintaining specimen logs, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves administrative tasks such as billing and specimen preparation, with potential travel to additional sites. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy from an accredited agency or 3+ months of experience; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently; reliable transportation; pass a color blindness test. Preferred qualifications: 1+ years of phlebotomy experience.
