Role: Phlebotomist responsible for plasma collection via venipuncture and pheresis, ensuring donor safety and product quality. Responsibilities: perform all aspects of pheresis procedures in compliance with SOPs and FDA guidelines, monitor donor vein performance, educate donors on plasma donation and related topics, record incidents and donor data accurately, troubleshoot equipment issues, collect samples, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 6 months' experience as a phlebotomist or in healthcare; proficiency with electronic recordkeeping; ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods. Preferred: experience in a medical setting and bilingual skills if required. High-Value: blood/plasma collection, donor monitoring, compliance with FDA and safety standards, equipment troubleshooting, and data management. Work setup: may require overtime, extended hours, and working in a potentially hazardous environment.
