Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing within a diagnostic and drug development setting. Primary objectives include accurate specimen collection across all age groups, ensuring specimen integrity, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities encompass performing venipuncture, specimen handling, data entry, billing, and administrative duties, with travel to additional sites as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy or 3+ months experience; preferred 2+ years of experience. Skills include strong communication, customer service, ability to work independently, and reliability.
