Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and providing customer service in clinical settings. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, handle specimen processing, data entry, billing, and administrative tasks; maintain accurate logs; provide excellent patient care; and travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training, or at least 3 months of experience; strong communication and customer service skills; reliable transportation; flexibility for overtime; pass color blindness test. Preferred: ≥1 year experience with adults and pediatrics, experience in point-of-care testing, and proven customer service skills.
