Phlebotomist

Role: Plasma donation technician responsible for donor blood collection via venipuncture and pheresis procedures, ensuring donor safety, product quality, and process efficiency. Responsibilities: perform and monitor pheresis, manage equipment and troubleshoot alarms, record donor data accurately, educate donors about the donation process, and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; 12+ months experience in healthcare or related setting preferred; for CA centers, state certification as Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or RN license required. High-Value: focus on blood/plasma collection, pheresis procedures, compliance with FDA and SOPs, equipment troubleshooting, and data recording. WorkSetup: environment may require cross-training; bilingual skills may be preferred.
