Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and providing quality customer service. Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen collection for lab testing, data entry, billing, and specimen prep, with travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma, 1+ year phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong communication skills, customer service orientation, ability to work independently, reliable transportation, and pass a color blindness test. Preferred: phlebotomy certification or training, proven customer service skills. High-Value: clinical specimen collection, venipuncture, working across all age groups, handling diverse tests (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), and working in a healthcare/laboratory environment. Work setup: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with travel as required.
