Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services in clinical settings. Objectives: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, handle specimen processing, and deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include specimen collection for various tests, data entry, specimen preparation, and administrative duties. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training, or 3+ months experience; preferred 1+ year of experience. High-Value: blood collection, specimen processing, patient service, working in a clinical diagnostic environment; flexible schedule including weekends and travel to additional sites. Work setup: primarily onsite in Marlton, NJ, with potential travel; schedule Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays.
