Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and providing customer service in a clinical laboratory setting. Main objectives include accurate specimen collection across all age groups, data entry, billing, and specimen preparation for testing, ensuring quality and compliance. Responsibilities also involve administrative duties, specimen logging, and travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 1+ year of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong communication, customer service skills, and ability to work independently. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience and proven customer service excellence.
