Phlebotomist-Boynton Beach

Role: Phlebotomist providing specimen collection and customer service in a Patient Service Center, with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws across all age groups; collect specimens for various tests; accurately document patient data; process billing and specimen prep; maintain logs; ensure high-quality patient interactions; handle administrative tasks; travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification, completed training, or 3 months experience; pass color blindness test; reliable transportation; flexibility for overtime. Preferred: 1+ year phlebotomy experience. High-Value: clinical specimen collection, patient interaction, data entry, specimen processing, work in a healthcare diagnostics setting. Work setup: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with rotating Saturdays; travel required.
