Phlebotomist (Bilingual- English/Spanish)

Role: Plasma donor technician responsible for collecting plasma via pheresis, ensuring donor safety, process efficiency, and documentation accuracy. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture, monitor and adjust donation procedures, troubleshoot equipment, record incidents, and educate donors on plasma products; maintain a safe, compliant work environment. Requirements: High school diploma; 6+ months phlebotomy or healthcare experience; ability to perform venipuncture, troubleshoot equipment, and follow SOPs; physical ability to stand/walk extensively and lift up to 25 lbs. Preferred: bilingual (English/Spanish), prior healthcare or donor center experience, strong interpersonal skills.
