Phlebotomist (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Phlebotomist specialized in plasma donation and pheresis procedures, ensuring donor safety, product quality, and process efficiency. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture, monitor and manage the pheresis process, troubleshoot equipment, record donor data accurately, educate donors about plasma donation, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience (preferably 1 year) and 12 months in healthcare; ability to operate and troubleshoot relevant equipment; physical ability to perform tasks including standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment. Preferred: bilingual skills and experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
