Role: Plasma donation technician responsible for performing pheresis procedures, donor monitoring, and ensuring product quality and donor safety. Responsibilities include venipuncture, vein evaluation, donor education, equipment calibration, troubleshooting, sample collection, and maintaining accurate electronic records. Ensures compliance with SOPs, FDA guidelines, HSE, and OSHA policies. Maintains a safe, clean environment and supports donor flow and safety monitoring. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 6 months' experience as a phlebotomist or in a healthcare setting; proficiency with medical protocols and safety procedures. Preferred: 12+ months healthcare experience, CSL Plasma DST training for internal candidates. High-Value: Focus on blood/plasma collection within a clinical or donation center; adherence to GxP and regulatory standards; physically active role requiring standing, manual dexterity, and occasional lifting; may involve working extended hours and overtime; bilingual skills may be preferred. Work setup: Physical presence at donation centers, with extensive safety and safety protocol adherence.
