Role: Phlebotomist specializing in plasma collection via pheresis, ensuring donor safety, process efficiency, and product quality. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 6 months' experience as a phlebotomist (preferably 1 year); experience in healthcare environment preferred.
