Phlebotomist (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Plasma donation technician responsible for donor plasma collection via venipuncture and pheresis, ensuring compliance with SOPs, FDA guidelines, and safety standards. Responsibilities: perform and monitor pheresis procedures, evaluate vein performance, educate donors on donation processes, handle equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and incident documentation, and maintain donor data accuracy. Also, ensure a safe, clean environment and support safety and confidentiality protocols. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 12 months of experience in healthcare or related field preferred. In California, must be a Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or a Registered Nurse. High-Value: experience in blood/plasma collection, pheresis procedures, and compliance with FDA, HSE, OSHA; knowledge of hyperimmune programs may be relevant.
