Phlebotomist (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Plasma donation technician responsible for conducting pheresis procedures, donor monitoring, and ensuring collection quality and safety. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture, monitor donor vein performance, manage equipment calibration and troubleshooting, record donor data accurately, and respond to adverse reactions or equipment alarms; educate donors on procedures and safety. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 6 months’ experience as a phlebotomist or in healthcare; ability to perform manual tasks and lift up to 25 pounds; adherence to safety protocols.
