Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for plasma collection via pheresis, ensuring donor safety and product quality. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture, monitor donors, troubleshoot equipment, record data accurately, and maintain compliance with SOPs, FDA, HSE, and OSHA guidelines. Engage in donor education and handle adverse reactions professionally. Requirements: high school diploma; at least 6-12 months of relevant healthcare or phlebotomy experience; ability to follow instructions, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.
