Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all age groups; handle specimens for various tests; ensure accurate data entry and specimen documentation; provide customer service; and perform administrative duties. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; ideally 1+ years of clinical/phlebotomy experience, preferably within LabCorp or similar environments; certification or accredited training in phlebotomy if less experience. High-Value: outpatient setting, specimen collection, patient interaction across age groups, performance-based incentives, employment benefits, and flexibility to work at multiple sites. Work Setup: on-site in Plano, TX, with potential occasional travel; schedule Monday-Friday with possible overtime and weekend shifts.
