Role: Plasma collection technician responsible for performing pheresis procedures to collect plasma from donors, ensuring donor safety, product quality, and process efficiency. Responsibilities include donor set-up, monitoring, venipuncture, troubleshooting equipment, recording data, and managing donor flow, while adhering to SOPs, FDA guidelines, and safety protocols. May educate donors about plasma products and handle donor reactions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 6 months' experience as a phlebotomist or in healthcare; experience in a medical environment preferred; proficiency with electronic data recording.
