Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services at Labcorp’s Newport, TN location, supporting diagnostics and specimen processing. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all age groups, collect specimens for various tests, accurately enter patient data, process specimens, maintain logs, and deliver excellent customer service; may involve administrative tasks and travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification or training, or 3+ months experience; strong communication skills, customer service orientation, ability to work independently or in teams; reliable transportation. Preferred: 2+ years of experience; proven customer service excellence; ability to work overtime and pass color blindness test.
