Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services in clinical and laboratory settings, supporting diagnostic testing and specimen processing. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, collect specimens for various tests, ensure accurate data entry, prepare samples for analysis, maintain documentation, and deliver exceptional patient service. May perform administrative duties and travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, valid California Phlebotomy License (or application filed at hire). Preferred: 1+ months of phlebotomy experience, familiarity with Labcorp operations. High-Value: specimen collection and processing, clinical support, customer service, and compliance with state licensing. Work setup: onsite at Ramona, CA; schedule Monday-Friday with potential overtime and travel; must attend 2-week training in California.
