Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing across various patient age groups, ensuring accurate data entry and specimen preparation in a diagnostic laboratory setting. Objectives include delivering high-quality patient service, maintaining specimen and patient logs, and supporting administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, handle specimens for testing and analysis, and process billing and payments when necessary. Provide excellent customer service and support administrative duties. Willingness to travel to additional sites as needed.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency. Proven customer service skills, strong communication, independence, and reliability. Ability to pass color blindness test and work flexible hours.

Preferred qualifications: 2+ years of experience.
