Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection and customer service in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all age groups; collect various tests (drug, paternity, alcohol); accurately input patient data; process specimens; maintain logs; and provide superior patient service. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency, or 3+ months experience; strong communication skills; ability to work independently; reliable transportation; pass color blindness test. Preferred: 6+ months phlebotomy experience.
